Request Data Deletion

Users of A Daily Lens may request deletion of information associated with their App registration.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, email Support@ADailyLens.com and state that you would like the information associated with your A Daily Lens App registration deleted.

Please send the request from the device or provide enough information about your request for us to identify the applicable App registration. Do not send passwords or other sensitive information.

Information We Delete

When we process a valid deletion request, we will delete information associated with the applicable A Daily Lens App registration, including where applicable:

• Device registration information
• App settings, such as time zone and preferred notification time
• Notification-related registration information maintained by A Daily Lens
• Support requests and related messages associated with that App registration

Information That May Be Retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or protect the security and integrity of the A Daily Lens Services.

Any information retained for these purposes will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable legal, security, or operational purpose and then deleted when it is no longer required.
